GROW YOUR OWN

How to Grow Microgreens at Home

Growing microgreens is the easiest gardening project you’ll ever do. No outdoor space, no special equipment, no green thumb required.

Step 1: Prepare Your Tray

Fill a shallow tray with 1–2 inches of seed-starting mix. Moisten the soil evenly before sowing so seeds make good contact.

Step 2: Sow the Seeds

Spread seeds densely across the surface, press gently into the soil, and cover loosely for 2–3 days until germination.

Step 3: Light & Water

Move to bright indirect light once sprouted. Water once or twice daily using a spray bottle to keep soil consistently moist.
